All automatic joggers consist of a stable support, in which the table's up and down movements are precisely guided (no cables are used for stabilization). The jogging table automatically moves into its inclined jogging position and back to working height. All model "L" automatic joggers are equipped with a pneumatic air-expulsion roller with clamping device.

The jogging process is the basis for perfect cutting results and thus significantly contributes to the quality of the final printed product. The process consists of the following work steps: creation of the layers (manually or automatically), aeration of the printed sheets I the stack, highly precise alignment of the printed sheets and finally the air-expulsion.

The new BSB 3 L professional is able to jog even "difficult" materials, such as metallic paper, pharmaceutical package inserts or labels, much easier and thus quicker than conventional joggers.
