5,000 folders with full filling height, 18,000 ticket pockets or 24,000 folding boxes folded and glued in one hour: the ProFold 74 produces a wide variety of commercial printing and packaging. The short set-up times mean that it is worthwhile even for small runs.

Scales along the machine and on the crossbeams show the way: orientation is clear on the KAMA carrier system and the tools can be quickly brought into the correct position using quick-release clamps.
Depending on the product, the ProFold 74 can be profitable for runs of just 250 or 300 pieces. The setup plan can be reproduced for repeat orders.

Enter order data and the JobPlanner software calculates costs, runtime and the break-even point for the batch. The software also calculates the setup plan with the appropriate position for each tool. Repeat orders are saved.

A device that is frequently used in practice. The ProFold 74 folds and/or applies adhesive tape to envelopes, folded postcards and other products that the customer should be able to seal easily later.

The customer should also be able to open it easily. To achieve this, the ProFold 74 includes a tear-off strip on the product.
Manufacture filling height
Everything has to go in.
Orders with a filling height, sometimes also called a standing spine, are very laborious to produce manually. With these products, a lot of time can be saved with the folding and gluing machine. The ProFold 74 is the only solution that can produce filling heights from 3 mm to 40 mm.
Creasing and perforating device
Everything works better when grooved.
For products that are only cut before folding and gluing and do not pass through a punch, the ProFold 74 performs the creasing and perforation at the same time. For example, greeting cards, folding cards, tickets, cut-outs and displays.
Movable control panel
Always where you need it.
Practical and time-saving: The control panel slides along the machine ready for use and the operator has both hands free at all times.
Free rotation up to 360
There is no such thing as “can’t do”.
The saying really applies here. The programmable device on the ProFold 74 rotates the product exactly as desired, from 1 to 360 degrees. It can be rotated at a striking angle.
